Mum's 'Brown Brown Meat'

Another childhood favorite. In fact, almost all of these recipes will be childhood favorites.
Enjoy!

You'll need:
1 tbsp of cooking oil
3-4 large potatoes- Peeled and chopped into bitesized cubes
3/4 strips of pork belly, sliced into bitesized pieces.
1 1/2 tbsps of crushed yellow bean paste
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tbsps soy sauce
1 tbsps of minced garlic

Fry the garlic in the heated oil til browned

Add the yellow bean paste then fry it, stirring it around til it starts smelling awesome.

Add the potatoes and water til it reaches 3/4's of the way above the potatoes. Add the soy sauce and the sugar.

Add the meat and make sure it's simmering gently before you leave it for half an hour. Leave it for longer if it's not cooked, obviously:)

Serve with rice:)
